Knutsford Rugby Club has moved to Egerton Youth Club, Mereheath Lane, Knutsford for the 2010-2011 season. The move brings together all sections of the Club under one umbrella and opens new opportunities for Knutsford Rugby with our own Gym and access to the new 3G training facilities now under development at Egerton.
Knutsford Rugby Club has grown dramatically since its inception in 2004 achieving the RFU Seal of Approval for the Junior Section (reflecting our continuing ability to provide a safe, effective, child-friendly club environment), two RFU Presidents XV awards for our work within the Community and helping to raise over £60k to support the Wish Upon a Star Charity. The Club has also achieved the RFU Whole Club Seal of Approval Award in 2010 (to put this into context we are the ninth Club in England to achieve the award [first in Cheshire, second to Flyde for the North West]).

The newly elected President of Knutsford Rugby Club, Tony Evans, also added high praise for the growing ambitions of the Club “At Egerton Youth Club we can build on the amazing success of the Club and promote a stronger playing platform for all age groups. It reflects an incredible opportunity for the Club to reach new heights”.
