Your place on the course will not be confirmed without both the application form and the payment received. Please note that we no longer invoice for coaching courses. To avoid disappointment, applicants are also reminded that they should apply for the course 21 days before the course start date. Please ensure that your application is signed and dated before submitting your form.
Financial Implications for applicants not attending courses
If an applicant does not attend the course or who gives less than 48 hours notice the coach will receive no refund. If an applicant gives between 2 and 14 days notice, the applicant can be relocated to another course providing they pay a £25 administration charge; there will be no refund. If an applicant gives more than 2 weeks notice, they can be offered either relocation to another course at no charge, or a refund of 75% of the course cost.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the information given below is correct at the time of publication, London Coaching reserve the right to alter this information (at any time), including changes to a venue and/or dates/times of scheduled courses listed. Where the course venue/date is subject to change, applicants will be notified via email and offered an alternative course and/or full refund. The minimum number of applications required to run a viable course is 16; and we also reserve the right to post pone or alter a course date where we receive less than 16 applications. If you are booked on a course and have not received your joining instructions within two weeks of the course start date, please do contact us.
Level 1: As from 1 September 2009, you will need to complete the IRB Goodyear Rugby Ready course before starting your Level One award. Please send a copy of your IRB Goodyear Rugby Ready Certificate with your completed application form.

Level 2: Coaches are expected to have completed both their Level One and a range of CPD courses, (this may include Continuity in Attack, Maul & Ruck, The Line-Out Game, Defence, Goal Setting, Game Planning, and/or Scrum Master-classes). Evidence could also be provided by attendance at any of the other courses, master classes or clinics/seminars that are regularly arranged across the London Coaching region, so neither the Beyond Level One nor the new CPD series are the only routes to evidencing development and attaining a Level Two Course reservation.
Recommendations from tutors at previous courses and the level at which currently coaching are also factors that will guide in the choice of evidence. Coaches must also be regularly coaching a 15-a-side team in order to successfully undertake their Level 2 qualification.
Coaches must fully complete all sections on the application form together with their payment details (unless paying by credit/debit card). Uncompleted applications may be returned or deferred by London Coaching.
