Main Purpose of Role
· To manage a volunteer programme and budget for the designated area.
· To facilitate the recruitment, retention, recognition and reward of volunteers within clubs.
· To assist in the training of Club Volunteer Co-ordinators.
· To provide a focal point for volunteers and volunteering in the designated area.
· To share good practices for volunteer recruitment, retention and recognition in member clubs and the Constituent Body.

· Increase the quality of Non-Society Referees

Purpose: To increase number of Coaches for non First XV Sides:
· Identify and encourage players to become coaches.
· Advise and promote suitable training and courses.
These later two posts will cover the whole of Gloucestershire.
SUPPORT & REPORTING STRUCTURE FOR ALL POSTS
- The individual work programmes will be drawn up in conjunction with the GRFU Community Rugby Chairman, the RRDM and the RDO’s.
- The post holder will report to the GRFU Strategic Action Planning Meeting.
- The RFU Rugby Development Officers will provide support.
- These are Voluntary Roles taking 3 hours per week approx. Reasonable out of pocket expenses will be reimbursed
