TOURS
Please note that it is essential to obtain permission from the RFU before you can tour abroad. See below to download the notification form and Tour Guidelines.
UK tours require the permission of the GRFU and the same form can be used with the overseas sections left blank as they are not applicable.
The completed and signed forms should be scanned and emailed to TriciaPerris at the County Office at least one month in advance of the tour. Permission will be sought from either the RFU or GRFU and you will received confirmation from the appropriate body.
Please note that for a tour with juniors, CRB cleared adults must be in attendance on the tour.
IT IS ESSENTIAL TO ENSURE THAT FULL INSURANCE COVER IS IN PLACE AND, IN THE CASE OF OVERSEAS TOURS, PERMISSION IS GRANTED BY THE HOST UNION AND A COPY OF THIS IS SENT WITH THE FORMS TO COUNTY OFFICE.
