· Responsible to the General Committee through the Representative & Elite Sector
· The organisation of Senior Representative Rugby.
· The development of a long term strategy for the development of County Senior representative rugby
· Maintaining continuity for players between Youth & Senior Rugby in association with the Rugby Development Partnership.
