SAFEGUARDING
Sector Head: Stuart McWalter
The GRFU Safeguarding Management Team is as follows:-
CRB CHECKS
Clubs should use the electronic CRB Application System (e-crb) using this system will provide clubs with a secure and efficient process that is quicker than using paper CRB Application forms. In order to use the e-crb application system Club Safeguarding & Assistant Safeguarding Officers must be registered on the clubs Rugby First membership. When this is in place Chris Rawlings the RFU CRB Administrator will be able to send a web link with the necessary information of how to make e-crb applications.
Chris can be contacted on ChrisRwalings@rfu.com
A limited number of paper CRB Application forms are still available from Stuart McWalter but we strongly recommend that clubs use the e-crb system as this will allow clubs an easier administration process.
