The main objectives of the Development Officers are:-
• Assist Clubs to set up and develop rugby within the existing club structure
• Provide opportunities for increased participation at all levels
• Raise the standard of coaching within clubs and schools
• Provide increased opportunity for higher level performance among the Young Rugby Playing Community
• Carry out other tasks relevant to the Constituent Body.
