Terms of Reference
Organisation & Administration Sector
· Provide the administration support for the organisation sectors
· Operate the County Office
· Co-ordinate the activities of the Communications, Discipline and Welfare Management sub Committees
· Provide the link with the Associated Bodies of Referees Societies & Federation, the RFUW and the Schools Union
· Function as the focal point for GRFU communications
· Operate the Youth and member registration database
· Make recommendations on policy for distribution of International Tickets
· Establish effective communications with the media on all matters affecting the Union, Clubs and affiliated bodies
· Edit & publish the CB handbook and newsletter.
· Develop and manage the Clubs' database.
