The next meeting of the GRFU Mini and Junior Forum is at 8pm on Wednesday 20 January 2010 at The Lions' Den, Kingsholm Stadium, Gloucester.
Fixture Secretaries are invited to attend on Wednesday 20 January 2010 at 7.00pm to hold their meeting before the M&J meeting.
Further meetings will be held on Wed 3rd March and Wed 5th May.
All GRFU Clubs are invited to send a representative or 2 from the M&J Sections to these Forums. All matters regarding M&J rugby (Coaching, Safeguarding, Seal of Approval, Competitions, Elite Rugby and RDO) are covered and there is the opportunity to discuss issues and communicate/network. Most meetings will feature a guest speaker discussing topical subjects.
This Forum has grown in recent years and typically 20 clubs will be present. It is strongly recommended that ALL clubs try and attend.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU WISH TO RUN A TOURNAMENT OR FESTIVAL YOU WILL NEED TO OBTAIN PERMISSION FROM COUNTY OFFICE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT. THE APPROPRIATE APPLICATION FORM & CHECKLIST CAN BE FOUND ON "FORMS" ON THE GRFU WEBSITE.
