Terms of Reference
Representative & Elite Rugby Development Sector
· Responsible to the General Committee
· Work within the GRFU Strategic Plan
· Co-ordinate the sub Committee for representative rugby at Senior, U20, U18, U16, and U15.
· Ensure the co-ordination of elite players development programmes, organise, manage and monitor the County Schools of Rugby U13 to U16
· Establish and manage an integrated player development programme and playing programme in accordance with the Structured Season. Organise County Age Grade Teams
· Ensure an effective player tracking system is maintained
· When and where necessary bring in other partners and agencies to ensure delivery of the CB Rugby Development Plan
· With partner agencies and stakeholders ensure co-ordination of programmes on a regional and national basis
