COMBINATION FORUMS
The Combination Forums are designed to take elements of the County meeting structure out to the Combinations. The objectives are to improve existing communication channels and to help tackle local problems.
The Forums will take place in general on Thursdays, unless stated, at venues to be confirmed on the following dates:
1 OCTOBER 2009 - CHELTENHAM & DISTRICT - Cheltenham Civil Service RFC
12 NOVEMBER 2009 - FOREST OF DEAN - Cinderford RFC
3 DECEMBER 2009 - NORTH GLOUCESTER - Chosen Hill RFC
WED 13 JANUARY 2010 - STROUD & DISTRICT - Stroud RFC
11 FEBRUARY 2010 - BRISTOL & DISTRICT - The Portway
The Forums will last approximately 2 hours commencing at 7.30pm and a light buffet will be provided.
The Combination Secretary will be responsible for arranging and advertising the venue, date and time of the Forums and identifying the main subject matter for presentation and discussion.
It would be advantageous if all Club Chairmen from the Combination attend and representatives from other Combinations will be more than welcome. Please ensure that you confirm attendance with County Office by the Monday before.
