Message from the Coaching Chairman:
I look forward to the coming season as Chair of the County Coaching Committee and hope that our game will be able to go forward, with the continuing support from our clubs, driving up the standard in the delivery of our coaching.
As a qualified coach, I understand the importance of coach education and hope that club coaches continue their development through the Coaching Development Programme that is in place.
There are plenty of courses on offer to enable you to enhance the coaching within your clubs.
The CPD Programme is now starting in earnest. The feedback from coaches throughout the South West indicates that the content is excellent and you will find yourself challenged by attending.
Don’t forget if you have sufficient coaches within your club or cluster of clubs, you can organize your own CPD course where the Coach Educator will come to you. Course fees remain the same. Please contact Neil Loader the CRC to discuss your requirements.
The next Level 1 and Level 2 Courses can be booked through Bev Rawlings at Hartpury. All courses have to be booked and paid for one month in advance of the course start date.
Please remember to start planning ahead now for the courses you would like to book as they are always oversubscribed; you will need to book early to avoid disappointment!
