	In conjunction with the SW RRDM of the RFUW, convene a meeting of those clubs running women & girl rugby. The objective of the meeting will be to formalise the administrative organisation for W & G Rugby within the GRFU area. This organisation will then manage the affairs of the W & G game and will elect its representative, as an Associated Body, to sit on the GRFU General Committee
	Provide support in the selection of coaches for the U14, U17and senior representative sides through the GRFU Coaching sub Committee
	Provide support on Welfare Management matters through the Welfare Management sub Committee of the GRFU
	Examine Disciplinary matter through the GRFU Disciplinary Committee
	When possible provide some administration support through the County Office
