	Work with all clubs & educational establishments to ensure that they each have a fully qualified coach.
	Establish a network of District Coaching Co-ordinators as the main communication channel to and from clubs and educational establishments.
	Using the District Coaching Co-ordinators, liaise with clubs to target current players with an interest in coaching and ensure they attend the necessary courses to become player/coaches.
	Liaise with the CDO on the establishment and delivery of personal development programmes for all coaches
	Identify, recruit, train and sustain sufficient, able, motivated coaches to enable the CB Schools of Rugby to deliver a quality rugby development programme.
	Work with the CDO to ensure that each club appoints a coaching co-ordinator who is subsequently trained for the role.
	Review the performance of all the County Representative Coaches and make changes where necessary. The CB will appoint coaches for all representative sides.
	Ensure that sufficient RFU Coaching Course places are available, at the appropriate level to meet the needs of the CB..
	Increase the ratio of coaches to players in the clubs.
	Seek to expand the number of Community Coaches operating within the CB
