	Prepare and manage the agreed budget
	Plan & co-ordinate annual rugby Development Programme for the CB incorporating the RDO work programme in accordance with the CB & RFU Strategic Plan
	Implement the Goplayrugby programme for recruitment of players and administrators
	Establish and manage an integrated player development programme and playing programme in accordance with the Structured Season. Organise County Age Grade Teams
	Establish and maintain an effective player tracking system
	Promote the RDO programme in the North & South of the County through the RDO Advisory Committees ensuring that its needs are identified and met
	Where appropriate and where resources permit, support for Women's and girls rugby through GW&GR and the RRDMW regionally
	Promote rugby in schools through the integration with local clubs
	When and where necessary bring in other partners and agencies to ensure delivery of the Rugby Development Plan
	With partner agencies and stakeholders ensure co-ordination of programmes on a regional and national basis
	To receive regular reports from the CBRDP sub committees on the implementation of the plan against budget
	Provide support for the junior, midi & mini rugby
	Organise the Mini & Junior Forum
	Encourage clubs to apply for the Seal of Approval for Clubs in order to raise standards
	Establish County/Regional Development centres for Youth rugby
	Support & encourage the Referees' Societies to provide the best for the Junior & Youth game
	Ensure implementation of the RFU Child protection policy
	Advise clubs on the playing, legal and financial aspects
	Improve communications at all levels of Youth rugby particularly through the Mini & Junior WG
	Promote the development of rugby in the FE establishments through administrative support, coaching and competitions
	Encourage links between FE colleges and local clubs at a playing and volunteer level
	Encourage links between Universities and local clubs at a playing and volunteer level
