Produce a squad capable of winning the Championship
Organise squad sessions and appropriate coaching
Organise the County Championship games
In liaison with the Coaching sub committee identify and appoint manager and coaches
Contribute to the development of coaching, selection schemes and procedures
Liaise with the U16 Group on player identification
Identify and meet succession planning needs
