WHAT NEXT
Your progress will be monitored by use of assessors & the assessment cards (these are a guide to the society) as you become more experienced you will be regraded & invited to sit the County Badge Exam. This entitles you to have a shirt with the County Badge on it.
Your development
- Set yourself a Personal Development Plan.
- Attend monthly meetings (novices meet at 19oohrs) main meeting 1930hrs
- Don’t be afraid to ask questions
- Watch and talk to other referees
- When possible act as a touch judge for other referees
- Talk to assessors, coaches, experienced referees,players & mentors
- Should you be unhappy, have a query talk to your referees representative. He is there to help you & try to resolve any problems by bringing it back to the committee.
