In order that the FULL impact can be achieved whilst the match is still fresh in the memory and before the referee’s next Saturday appointment it is desirable that copies of the report be forwarded direct to the referee and to Peter Lewis by the WEDNESDAY following the match. Please confirm to PL that a report has been sent to the referee

3. PL to retain copy on file
It is IMPORTANT to let PL know if you did NOT see either the referee or the match to which you were appointed giving the reason for this and also to advise him if you watched another match and/or referee. This has an effect when adviser appointments are made and can also affect the deliberations of the Grading Committee.
F. Assessor
Feedback Report
(Referee Feedback on Assessor’s Report Form)
1. Assessor will ask Referee if he/she is willing to give a feedback and, if so, suggest either a copy be downloaded from the Society Web site to be completed and returned per email to the Assessor and PL (Preferred method) or give the Referee a copy of the form for completion and return to the Assessor and PL. It will be appreciated if the Assessor will advise PL if a report has been promised but there is no compulsion for a Referee to provide one
2. Assessor will retain copy of the report as will PL who will discuss any points with the Assessor as part of the training process.
