How to log on to, and use, RugbyFirst
All the personal details that you have provided to the Society are kept on the RugbyFirst website and it is important that you check that these are correct and that they are updated whenever any changes are made.
Member details can be accessed by a variety of people and it is also important that you set your security details appropriately. However, it is up to you to decide who is allowed to access your details - only you have control of this, so you need to know how to operate the system. The link given below gives you guidance on how to access and change your details.
Efficient administration of the Society also relies on up-to-date information and you will be helping the committee to do their work if you can put as much information as possible onto RugbyFirst. For example, the County Handbook is updated with contact details from the site; Club Referee Contact officers may want to find your phone number and email address; Appointments to games will increasingly rely on RugbyFirts details - help your officers to help you by keeping details up-to-date.
RugbyFirst is an integrated, rugby-wide system. So, if you ever move to a diffrent Society, change clubs or roles within rugby, your information will move with you. You will have a unique reference number, and this can be used to identify you throughout the RFU.
