Sale Sharks coming to Cumbria

On Thursday 19th August the Sale Sharks Rugby Squad will be in Cumbria demonstrating their skills at an open coaching session at Carlisle RFC's Warwick Rd Facility from 2pm.
The morning will see coaching sessions open to players from 7-16 working on core skills and game understanding in a fun and challenging way. Whether you are an experienced player or wish to try the game for the first time please come along and experience the 'Free' sessions from RFU Qualified Coaches to develop your personal skills.
The coaching for 7-16 year olds will take place from 10am onwards until around 1pm where there will be a 1hr lunch break.
The Sale Sharks Players and Coaches will be on display from 2pm running through their training session. This is part of the Sale Sharks 'Training in the Community Programme'. See Mike Brewer's men put through their paces in your locality.
The open training session is open to players, coaches, referees and volunteers of all ages so please come along and take this opportunity to see a Premiership Rugby Union Club in action as they prepare for the Aviva Premiership Season.
