U13's & U14's Train on the First Monday of every Month,
(starting 4th July 2011) from July - April inclusive.

U15's & U16's Train on the Second Monday of every Month,
(starting 11th July 2011) from July - April inclusive.
All sessions will be held at Penrith RUFC, 6.30pm - 8.30pm, (please arrive for 6.15pm). Please attend with appropriate kit & waterproofs (& own water bottle) to all sessions.
If you can not attend or have any queries about the programme please get in touch with Richard Metcalf on 07712 171316. We would be grateful if parents and guardians could attend as a short presentation will be given to outline the programme and performance pathway.
