CLUB COACH / PLAYER COACH
SEASON 2012 - 2013
Millom Rugby Union Club (England) situated on the west coast of Cumbria, seek a Coach / Player coach for season 2012 - 2013 currently running two senior teams and a number of mini and junior sides.
An exciting opportunity has become available at the club for the right person to lead the club into the future. The position of Head coach is currently vacant and Millom RUFC are looking to appoint an individual with the appropriate skillset, passion and experience to devise, implement and deliver the strategic plan for the club going forward. Reporting to the Director of Rugby and the Rugby committee, Millom will look build on the work that has gone on previously in developing players and the club.
The appointee will be involved in the operation of the team, overseeing the personal and athletic development of players, identified players strengths and weaknesses, look at one to one coaching and work as part of a coaching team whilst preparing them for a club rugby.
