Trevor Richardson
Trevor covers the Allerdale District and has done since 2001 as a part time deliverer. He spent most of his playing career at Wigton RUFC where he was an ace kicker. He is an RFU Level 2 Coach and has been working with youth rugby for around 10 years plus, he was also a County U15 Coach. His nickname is Monty and his hobbies are Golf, Watching any Sport and Cycling. He currently supports Newcastle Falcons and Sale Sharks.

Kieran Marshall
Kieran is one of the newest recruits of the Cumbria RU Development Team having take up the Role of Community Coach for Barrow in September 2008. Kieran has a Degree in Sports Therapy and is working towards his Level 2 Coaching Award. He is interested in Rugby, Football and Socialising with his friends. His nickname is ‘Crouchy’ or ‘Gangle’ and he supports Newcastle Falcons.

Graham Kidd
Graham has been working with Cumbria RU for a number of years, and has worked with the CB Development Squads in the East District since 2002. He is now Coaching the County U15’s Squad as part of his Development as well as Coaching at Carlisle RFC. Graham is married to Suzanne and they have 2 sons James & Lewis who keep them very busy. He supports Newcastle Falcons.

Russell Gainford
Russell is a Copeland Figurehead having been coaching in the District since 2001. He was an Army Officer and spent most of his time playing Rugby in the forces achieving so much. He also later became Coach of the Army achieving RFU Level 3 Status and gave back everything he had got from the team, gaining 25 yrs plus experience. His Nickname is Geordie and his hobbies are Golf, Squash and Brenda his wife. He currently supports Whitehaven RL and Leicester.

Martin Grealish
Martin originally started working for the Cumbria RU Development Team as a community Coach in the Barrow District, however after moving house to Copeland he took over the Copeland CRC Position from Gareth Lewis. Martin is a keen Kayaker and his nickname is simply 'MG'. He currently supports most rugby teams not having an outright favourite. He is a Level 2 Coach and is currently training to become an RFU Coach Educator.

Garry Holmes
Garry has been working as a Community Coach since 2006 where he has built himself an excellent reputation. He is a Level 2 Coach and will be looking to progress to Level 3 in the near future. His nickname is ‘Stelios’ and his hobbies include caving, motorbikes and Ancient Greek History. Garry coached the County U15’s Squad and also coordinates the South Cumbria U13/14’s.

Andrea Fraser
Andrea has been working as the CRU Administrator for 9 years and looks after the day to day running of the office and all administration duties as well as being the Youth Registrar and Webmaster. Andrea has completed numerous computer courses and keeps the office in shape. She has 2 children Tina and David who keep her on her toes. Her nickname is ‘Rock Chick’ as given by her daughter. She currently supports Newcastle Falcons because of the Freebies!

Liam Nicholls
Liam is into his 8th year working as an RDO having been a part time team member before that. He succeeded Richard Metcalf in April 2004 after working as an assistant for 18 months. He is an RFU Level 3 Coach after completing the New Level 3 Award and RFU Trainer. He covers all areas of rugby development across the County. Currently still playing at Egremont RUFC after spells with St Benedicts and Carlisle and 7 years with Aspatria. His nickname is ‘Pickles’ and his hobbies are Emily his daughter, keeping fit and watching any sport. He currently supports Sale Sharks and Newcastle Falcons.
