| Please CLICK HERE (UPDATED 12/03/12) ,for the 'APPROVED' Fixtures for both the 'Cumbria League Cup' and the 'Cumbria Shield', to commence from Saturday 11th February 2012. |

| Please Note :- Outstanding fixtures from the 'Cumbria League (shown in Red) and the Cumbria Vase and Plate |
| Tourneys shown in Blue and Green respectively; MUST be given priority and all requests to change/re-arrange |
| any of the attached 'Approved' fixtures, must be authorised by the CB Competitions Committee. |

| RULES for both the Cumbria League Cup and Shield Leagues, are as follows….. |
|
| 1. All 'Cumbria League Cup' Game Rules/Points are as per the Cumbria League (NL8). With Both 'Cumbria Shield Mini |
| Leagues' Rules/Points governed by those depicted in the County PINK Rules & Regs Handbook. |
|
| RESULT CARDS to be completed and signed (by the Referee) and posted to arrive no later than Tuesday following |
|
the game. (to include Team Names, Score and number of Tries for both teams). A blank copy is available by CLICKING HERE & & can be used for all games in an emergency.

| RESULT PHONE IN to be made by 5pm following the game (Score and Number of Tries by both teams to be reported). |

| 2. If Game/s not played on day scheduled, then both Clubs MUST notify the CB Competitions Committee Secretary |
| Alan Lynch (via Post or Email) by the Tuesday following the Game, advising as to the reasons etc. why the game |
| did not take place. The CB Competitions Committee will adjudicate as appropriate and advise both clubs of the outcome |
| within 3 days of receipt. |
|
| NB. The CB Competitions Committee Decision will be FINAL and binding. |
|
| 3. Results and League Tables, will be posted 'weekly' on the CB Web Site, by the Wednesday following the game/s. |

| Notes. |
|
| (1) Teams with FREE Saturdays, are free to arrange 'Friendlies' as required. Subject to Postponed/Re-Arranged games |
| being given preference. |
|
| (2) All re-arranged CB League games MUST be approved by the CB Competitions Committee in advance of playing. |
|
| (3) In the interests of getting the games played on schedule. The Competitions Committee would support and endorse |
| Clubs who decide to change venues at short notice; due to impact of weather on 'Home' pitches. |
| |
| Similarly, the CB Competitions Committee will also support Clubs requesting to play scheduled games on days |
| other than on designated Saturday/s. Assuming that both clubs involved are happy with the arrangement. |
