District & County Coaching Opportunities 2010 / 2011
There are numerous positions available in the County for the coming season with regards to District and County Coaching. This is a great opportunity for those of you who want to progress your Coaching, work with other likeminded Coaches or be ‘Mentored’ as you work towards your next coaching award.
The positions available for the 2010/11 Season are;
· U13 – East, West and South District Coaches (These are fairly locally based and around 4 sessions per annum and 1 internal festival against other Cumbria Districts)
· U14 – East, West and South District Coaches (These are fairly locally based and around 4 sessions per annum, 1 internal festival against other Cumbria Districts and 1 external festival against Durham & Northumberland Districts)
· U16 – Team Manager, Coaches (Head & Assistants or shared roles) – This is CB based and is around 8 sessions plus CB Fixtures around 3 to 4. This is an important age group as players who show potential in this age group can progress to ‘North’ and ‘England’ Squads.
