The Combined Services Rugby Referees Federation (CSRR) is the Armed Services Federation of Referees Societies and is made up of the Royal Navy, Army & Royal Air Force Referees Societies.
CSRR will assist each member society in providing a suitably-qualified referee to every match played within the Armed Services.
In conjunction with the member societies CSRR will provide the pathway and the opportunity for all match officials to develop to their full potential. They will select and actively promote those match officials with potential to reach the RFU National Panel, or equivalent.
CSRR will co-ordinate all refereeing courses that are individually run by the constituent societies to maximize benefit to the game of rugby as a whole.
