Club Development
For the fist time in 56 years we have junior rugby at the Cape. We are committed to acheiving the RFU Clubmark for junior rugby by implementing systems to develop Players and Coaching staff in line with the RFUs own development. In conjunction with the RDO we are modernising our approach to rugby union. We have formed a school link and provide coaching and equipment throughout the season. We have a Child Protection policy in place and a dedicated officer to oversee it. Pitchside etiquette is paramount at the club and this is observed by all (nearly) attendees. There is a small voluntary band at the club who deal with all of the changes and admin at the club so it will take time to be fully accredited but we are moving in a positive, pro active manner.
