The Mighty 5ths were ready and waiting for another game in their successful 2009-2010 season, mindful of the need to keep on winning to stay in contention with Saracens Amateurs and Enfield Ignatius in the battle for the league title. Players were like coiled springs after the previous week’s success against Old Albanians 5ths.
However at the last minute it turned that OMT 2s were unable to fulfil the fixture and the 5ths gained a 25-0 walkover victory!
