Aldridge RFC Development Plan
Aldridge RFC is in the process of completely reviewing its planning for the future. This follows the fire that destroyed the club house in July 2009 and the opportunities that this has thrown up.
It is expected that the process of constructing a new plan will take some time, especially as it will involve many people. Our view is that a plan will only be effective if it has widespread support from within the membership. One of the first steps we are taking is to place here our major objectives so that individual members can have the chance to contribute.
We have used the RFU template to help us come up with some of the major strategic goals and to organise the plan so that members with particular interests can focus best on what interests them.
